people read books for a lot of different reasons. some read for fun. some read out of boredom. the rest read as a form of therapy — to overcome depression, to manage an illness, or simply to lift them up from their everyday gloom, there’s always a book for every situation that would help them through it.
that’s what bibliotherapists are there for.
