crazy eyes and feathers

anyone who has ever dealt with toddlers knows how much and how often their attention span flits from one object of interest to another.

as an adult, it is your job to exhaust your imagination for the mere act of getting these kids to sit still for at least five minutes, if only to give you enough time to catch your breath from chasing them around.

but of course, all the crazy eyes and feathers and fluffy balls in the world can only do so much before that little kid starts getting a little too “creative” with the glue, which then spontaneously leads you to another unplanned activity — an improvised version of tug of war.
